芝加哥—— 英镑湾, the Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm, has announced that it has engaged 威尼斯人体育在线建设, one of the city’s largest and most respected general contracting, construction management and design-构建 firms, and Riteway-Huggins Construction, a minority-owned construction firm headquartered on Chicago’s south side, to provide contracting services for the infrastructure work to be completed at Lincoln Yards, the company’s 55-acre mixed-use development that will transform a former industrial corridor into an active City center for business, residential and entertainment. 威尼斯人体育在线 and Riteway-Huggins have formed a joint venture partnership to begin construction on initial public infrastructure improvements in 2020.
